Stiles Headquarters at 301 Las Olas Way

Stiles Headquarters at 301 Las Olas Way, Fort Lauderdale Florida, was an existing Building that was Gutted & Remodeled for their new Corporate Headquarters. Everything in the Building was new except for the Main Structure of the Building & the HVAC System. Alexandria Brown Stile Property Management & Miki Minic Stiles Chief Engineer had attended the BOMA Engineering Breakfast on UV Light Technology & Dual Polarization. They decided to Retrofit ALL of their Air Handling Units with UV Technology. They did it to Reduce their Energy Consumption, Reduce their Maintenance Cost but most Importantly to increase the Indoor Air Quality to keep their Employees Healthy. Their Absenteeism of their Corporate Employees as well as their Executives has gone down to almost nothing by killing Airborne Pathogens (Viruses, Bacteria & Mold). Miki has been SMS’s biggest advocate and we are now Retrofitting another building that he is responsible for as Miki but it “I will only install SMS’s UV System because of the results he has received”!
